Where does your data come from?

We aggregate data across various sources including title data, mortgage history, brochures (aka offering memorandum), and owner information. When you subscribe you can get access to a stream of on market and historical brochures as well as any private documents you upload to DealGround.

We have historical transaction and mortgage information across the United States. Additionally, we have brochures or Offering Memorandums (OMs) as far back as 2001, but brochure data is more prominent in the last 24 months. You can upload your brochures or OMs as well to build out your private database.

Does my data stay private?

Yes, your data is always private. You can share it with teammates or clients, but that is up to you. By default, anything you upload is private.

How much does DealGround cost?

DealGround is a subscription product and offers both annual and monthly plans. Annual plans are $83/mo billed yearly ($999), monthly plans are $99/mo. When you sign up, you get a 14-day free trial before you are billed. Enterprise pricing is available, reach out to info@dealground.com.

What other documents can DealGround extract and include in it's database?

You can upload your own excel files, brochures/OMs and rent rolls.
